Control
Manual:
- The fan is controlled by a room light switch. It is not included in the delivery package.
- Speed control is possible through a thyristor speed controller (see Electrical Accessories). Several fans may connected to the same controller. Speed controllers can not be connected to the fans with T, TH, TP, VT, VTH modification.
Automatic:
- By means of electronic control unit BU-1-60 (see Electrical Accessories). The control unit is supplied separately.
- By means of timer T (the built-in shutdown delay timer enables fan operation for additional 2 to 30 minutes after switching off).
- By means of the humidity sensor and timer TH (if the room humidity exceeds the sensor threshold adjustable within 60-90% the fan will switch on automatically and operate until the humidity level reverts to normal; the fan will run as pre-programmed and shut down).
Mounting
- The fan is mounted directly into the ventilation shaft opening.
- If the ventilation shaft remoteness prevents direct installation flexible ducts may be used. The ducts are coupled with the fan outlet flange by means of a clamp.
- Fixed to the wall on self-tapping screws.
- For 12 V low-voltage motor fan connection to 220 V / 50 Hz power mains use the step-down transformer TRF 220/12-25 that is available upon separate order.
