More than 30 million units of goods come off the assembly lines each year. Having its own manufacturing capacities for production of all parts, elements and assemblies, as well properly organized internal logistics, enables the company to maintain the balance between the high quality of the products and a reasonable pricing policy.

As of today, Vents manufacturing capacities are equipped with state-of-the-art intelligent equipment purchased from the world’s best manufacturers such as TRUMPF Group, OKUMA Corporation, MITSUBISHI Electric Corp., AMADA Co., SALVAGNINI Group, HAAS Automation, Gema Switzerland, ITIB Machinery International among others. Each year, machine tools of the enterprise are complemented with new manufacturing facilities, assembly lines and processing centers having improved functionality and capabilities. Vents strategic development department personnel, who are responsible for developing long-term production strategies for the company, carry out regular monitoring of the equipment manufacturers present on the market and thoroughly select new machinery to purchase.

Lean Production

Vents successfully utilizes lean production management strategy aimed at optimizing the manufacturing processes and eliminating all kinds of losses and hindrances to the production. The company employs the VPS (Vents Production System) concept, which is based on two main principles: respect towards the employees, clients and public, and continuous improvement and development. VPS allows organizing the Vents departments operation in such a way that all its actions are aimed at creating the maximum value for the customer. As a result of implementation of the VPS, the company enjoys efficient utilization of the manufacturing equipment, materials and working hours, complete absence of defects, shortened product manufacturing and supply times, quick response to market demand as well as improvement of products according the customer requirements.
