Extrusion workshop

Due to ongoing modernization of extrusion equipment, as of today VENTS is the only worldwide producer of 4 types of round and 4 types of flat ductworks under independent mark «Plastivent».

In the middle of 2010 we have commissioned a new extrusion workshop that meets the strictest technological demands for arrangement of such production.

As of today the equipment stock includes 7 high-performance extrusion lines «Weber» (Germany), three of them have co-extrusion functions. The workshop is engaged not only in production of round and flat PVC duct-works of «Plastivent» trademark, but a series of cable channels (tubes and cable ducts) and profiles for assembled grilles.
